My First Mac Launches "Favorite Things" Section

Have you ever said, "I didn't know my Mac could do that"? Our new Favorite Things section has been created to bring to your attention many of the great ideas, features and products that make the Apple universe what it is today. We don't want you to miss out on the cool things that make owning Apple products worth it, so we are bringing these to you in small bites instead of our long articles.

Many of the elements that make Apple products great go unnoticed because great features don't call attention to themselves. It could be the battery charge LEDs for your MacBook battery or being able to take over the screen of a networked Mac. Some of these don't make Apple's list of features that they promote but are designed in for you none-the-less.

Many more are also brought to the world of Apple by others that are clearly inspired by Apple's approach and methods. Apple's example of simplicity and ease of use has inspired others to make products that work with Apple products in way that isn't achieved using Windows. We want you to know about those things too.

And even though My First Mac is primarily about Macs, there are other products made by Apple that we love that should have their due too, so this is that place.

Lastly, this Favorite Things section is a place to share. We welcome your submissions about what makes your Mac experience great. Send us your post about your Favorite Things to editor@myfirstmac.com and we'll try to publish them here in this section. You can find out more about contributing to My First Mac here. It's a great way to share with the rest of the Mac community!

Your Comments:

You reference "Favorite Things" section in your post but it's just plain text.

Suggestion: You should have a big/bold LINK that STANDS OUT pointing to the "Favorite Things" section you are advertising when writing any blog post that's meant to point users to a different page. It just makes life easier for your readers.
